The weekly prices include:
Water, gas, electricity consumption, bed linen for every week booked. The weekly changing of the linen must be made by the guest himself. The use of the swimming pool from 02/06/12 to 15/09/12.
The prices not include:
Final cleaning € 10,00 per person, heating according to consumption, deposit € 200,00, extra bath towels € 8,00 per person, cot € 5,00 per day.
CHECK IN from 16.00 until 19.00 - any late arrivals must be communicated at the time of booking.
CHECK OUT before10.00 to allow the reorganization and cleaning.
The breakfast buffet is from 08.00 to 09.30
Information and assistance for guests from 08.30 to 11.30 and from 16.00 to 20.00
Use of the pool from 08.00 to 20.00 (the headset is mandatory headgear) - is applicable rules of procedure which failure is borne by you.
Comply with the rest of the other guests from 14.00 to 16.00 in all areas of the facility.
For safety reasons it is absolutely forbidden to use electric cookers and / or gas, iron and other devices that may cause fire or damage to be reimbursed.
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit: 30% of the total undiscounted (the entire amount in the house of one night stay);
the balance at the start must be made in cash, for other forms of payment please contact the hotel beforehand.
From the time of booking, in case of cancellation by the customer of the same will apply - unless otherwise agreed - the following cancellation fees:
- Until 30 days before arrival 50% of the deposit;
- 30 to 15 days before arrival 90% deposit;
- From 15 days before the presentation of the client not to stay for 100% of the deposit.
In case of early departure unless otherwise agreed and will be charged the total amount of your stay.
